Existing talent refers to our current staff who are already employed and a part of team CWPT.

What is CPD?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. This term refers to the educational opportunities that will support you to enhance and grow your skillset within your career.

Within the NHS, CPD is agreed through appraisals between managers and employees as part of their personal development action plans. The Talent for Care team supports these action plans by sourcing and delivering workshops, information sessions, career conversations, training programmes, and apprenticeship qualifications. These opportunities are available for our existing talent to let them grow and meet their progression goals.

With the continually changing world of healthcare, our team supports and promotes CPD strategies which allow individuals to stay equipped and certified to meet the new demands of healthcare.
