Apprenticeships, education and CPD

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a great opportunity for you to receive on-the-job training whilst studying for a qualification. You will be paid as you study and gain essential job experience in your desired field with lots of exciting training opportunities. Apprenticeships are open to all over the age of 16, with some qualifications having no restrictions on experience or previous qualifications. There are multiple options for what level qualification you can choose. We currently offer apprenticeships from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) to Level 7 (Master’s equivalent) for both clinical and non-clinical roles.

The time duration to complete an apprenticeship varies depending on what level the qualification is.

What is CPD?

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is an opportunity to grow your skills through learning and development opportunities that are on offer within the Trust. There is a range of different CPD options available for our existing talent.

Education and internal training

We offer a range of educational training opportunities to help facilitate your professional and personal development.

We can offer you support depending on whether you are new talent (looking to join our Trust) or existing talent (our current members of staff). To view information that is relevant to you, please click on the buttons below:
