At Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, we offer a range of training opportunities for our staff. Our location at our head office at Wayside House in Coventry is home to a fantastic Learning Hub in which we work collaboratively with the Learning and Development team to promote and deliver training opportunities. Training is also delivered from Brooklands Hospital in Marston Green and Woodloes House in Warwick.

Staff will have access to online training to complete statutory and mandatory modules, as well as optional modules for those who want to develop their learning further. These may be delivered face-to-face or online.

We strive to promote an engaging learning environment so that staff can take time away from their workplace and reflect on their career development. Training sessions are purposefully organised with all staff members’ needs and workload in mind.
