Working for Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT)

‘We put our patients and the people we care for at the heart of everything we do. If you want to work for a Trust who is committed to patient care, is always looking to empower people to reach their full potential and help them to achieve the best possible health and wellbeing, team CWPT is the Trust for you.

We know the only way we achieve this is with our staff, they are our biggest asset. We always encourage and support staff to reach their full potential in their career through training and personal development. We work to ensure our staff feel valued, respected, safe and healthy. We offer flexible working arrangements, full and part-time roles in several speciality, clinical and corporate roles.

Anyone can apply for a job at CWPT. No matter age, disability, ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief. All are welcome to apply.

In our last Care Quality Commission (CQC) report we have been rated Good, and we are the lead learning disability, autism and mental health provider in Coventry and Warwickshire.

We are proud that NHS England has named us a Global Digital Exemplar– one of only seven mental health trusts in the country to gain this status. This will allow us to transform patient care through new technologies.’

Mel Coombes MBE, Chief Executive.
