What is The Prince’s Trust?

The Prince’s Trust is a charity organisation that was founded by King Charles III in 1976, with the aim to support vulnerable young people (aged 11-30) who are unemployed, and those struggling with education.

The Prince’s Trust works closely alongside Coventry and  Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, and the wider NHS organisation, to recruit and train young people who are interested in pursuing a career in health and social care.

The Prince’s Trust Employability Programme?

As part of the Prince’s Trust programme, the Talent for Care team organises a 4-6 week programme for aspiring young people to gain valuable insight into the Trust and the NHS as a wider organisation.

The Talent for Care Team deliver employability and skills-based workshops which are designed to support young people to successfully secure employment within the NHS.

Topics covered in these workshops include, but are not limited to, navigating NHS Jobs and application writing and support. We also deliver on accredited qualifications, such as First-Aid at Work.

See our events calendar to find out about our next available cohort!
